Our package doesn’t include food, paper goods, or utensils by design. Most of our parents prefer to design their own menu. Party hosts can bring food and non-refrigerated desserts from home, or pre-order DoorDash or Uber Eats to arrive after you’ve checked in.

Table toppers, gift bags, and balloons are always encouraged. Like most venues, we don’t allow wall decorations such as streamers or banners, as they damage our walls.

Email [email protected] at least two weeks in advance; the email timestamp determines your cancellation date. If you rebook your party, we’ll hold your deposit toward the new date. If you cancel without rebooking, a $100 cancellation fee applies.

No. All birthday parties and corporate events are available online by reservation only.

However, beginning Summer 2027, we will have expanded weekday hours to accommodate walk-ins and groups of 6 or 12.  More details to come as we approach next summer.

The age ratings listed for each game listed on the VR Games Page (insert link here) are set by the game developers, and not by VR Party Center. Parents can click any game image to watch a short video clip, and reviews for every title are widely available online to help you decide what’s right for your group.

Party Center VR is committed to hosting the best, and safest VR parties possible. In order to prevent kids from experiencing dizziness, overstimulation, and nausea. The following is a breakdown of VR Game Time Private Party Room Time, according to each age group.

Ages 8 – 9:  Up to 30 minutes of VR time with a 5-minute break every 10 minutes – leaving one-hour of party time afterward.

Ages 10 – 11:  Up to 50 minutes of VR time, with a 5-minute break every 20 minutes – leaving 50 minutes of party time afterward.

Ages 12 and up will have 60 minutes of consecutive VR with short breaks between games – leaving 40 minutes of party time afterward.
